Measurement Audit
Random size samples are measured against your approved tech pack spec at every size grade.
Appearance Review
Visual inspection for fabric defects, print alignment, color consistency, and hardware attachment.
Finishing Check
Hems, topstitching, bar tacks, and buttonholes are verified against approved sample standard.
AQL 2.5 Final Inspection
Final pre-shipment audit using AQL 2.5 statistical sampling. No release without passing rate.
