A Workshop Built on Disagreement
Atelier Manufacturing was founded by a group of pattern makers and production managers who were frustrated by one persistent problem: factories that promised premium quality and delivered average results.
In 2009, we started in a 200m² workshop with three industrial machines and a simple conviction — that fashion brands deserved a manufacturing partner who treated craft as seriously as commerce.
Fifteen years later, we produce for brands across Singapore, Australia, the Netherlands, and the UAE. Our team has grown to 85 skilled production staff, and our workshop has expanded to 3,200m² across two floors in Bandung.
What hasn't changed: we still argue about stitch tension. We still reject garments that are merely acceptable. And we still believe the detail is always the product.

Every garment is a measurement of our craft. We hold ourselves to the same standard whether the order is 50 or 5,000 pieces.
We send progress photos, inspection reports, and milestone updates throughout every production run — not just at the end.
We think like co-owners of your brand. That means flagging spec issues, suggesting cost savings, and protecting your IP as if it were our own.
We build for garments that outlast trends. If it won't hold up through 50 washes, it doesn't leave our floor.
Our Journey
Workshop Founded
Established in a 200m² workshop in Bandung with three sewing machines and a founding team of four.
First International Client
Signed our first international brand partner — a Singapore-based womenswear label — marking the start of export-grade production.
AQL Certification
Adopted AQL 2.5 inspection standards and built our in-house quality control team, replacing third-party inspection.
Technology Upgrade
Invested in computerized cutting plotters and CAD pattern systems. Sampling capacity doubled, accuracy improved to ±1mm.
Ethical Labour Audit
Completed first independent ethical labour audit. Became an audited-and-verified workshop for international brand compliance.
Catalog & Scale Program
Launched structured MOQ tiers and the Scale Program, enabling brands to grow from 50 to 1,000+ pcs without changing production partners.
